Louella Berryman is a food writer, cook and recipe developer living in London. She’s worked in almost every part of the food and hospitality industry, from serving plates and pouring wine in some of London’s favourite spots to food and drink feature writing, recipe developing and cooking behind the scenes to create beautifully photographed food for magazines.

She hosts regular supper clubs with Spare Ribs, an intersectional feminist book club, where she creates feasting menus based on the themes in the work of literature the group is discussing.

Louella has been testing and developing recipes since 2017, and has a weekly Substack newsletter designed to feed yourself and your friends very well.
